For every job that needs many phones
Some work simply cannot be checked on one phone, and some needs dozens moving at once. The fields differ, but the need is the same: real devices, a dedicated fixed IP for each, and control from a single screen.
Online marketing
Run and check many accounts and channels at once. See how campaign content actually looks inside the real app, and how it is shown across regions and environments, phone by phone.
- Channel & account checks
- Campaign exposure checks
- Install & sign-up flow checks
Features often used: Multi-control · Dedicated fixed IP · Automation
Mobile games
Run the checks that repeat with every update on many devices at the same time. Run one scenario on every phone to find device-specific differences and errors fast, and keep an eye on the live service.
- Multi-device compatibility
- Regression after updates
- Live-service monitoring
Features often used: Automation · Image matching · Repeat
App development & QA
Check how real devices behave, which emulators cannot show. Save scenarios for install, sign-in and the steps up to checkout, and run them again in the same order every time a build comes out.
- Real-device behaviour
- Save & rerun scenarios
- Reproduce screen & input bugs
Features often used: Automation · Large view (1080p) · Sub-accounts
Commerce & price monitoring
Open the prices, stock and promotions that only appear in the app, in a fixed order, and check them. Start by checking by hand, and hand the repeated checks over to automation.
- App-only prices & events
- Repeated checks, automated
- Compare by device & environment
Features often used: Scroll · Image matching · Dedicated fixed IP
Ad & content verification
Confirm with a real phone screen that ads and content appear as intended. Each phone has a different external IP, so you can compare how things show across regions and network environments, and inspect creative quality in 1080p.
- Placement & quality checks
- Compare by environment
- Creative screen checks
Features often used: Dedicated fixed IP · Large view · Multi-control
Market & service research
Use competing and new services on many devices and record their screens and flows. Hand each teammate a share of the phones through sub-accounts, and let everyone research from their own PC.
- Record screens & flows
- Phones split by team
- Compare apps across sectors
Features often used: Sub-accounts · Multi-control · Large view

Only what running many phones needs — done properly
From operating a screen by hand to repeating a fixed routine on many phones, you finish it all in one program.
One action, many phones
Open the phones you pick as live tiles in one window, and every touch, swipe and key press on the first phone is delivered to the rest in the same way. To inspect a single phone, double-click its tile for a 1080-quality large view.
Touch · Swipe · Keys · Paste · Wake/sleep
Set the steps, let it run
Chain app launches, taps, swipes, text input and image matching into a sequence, set the repeat count and the waits in seconds, and run it on many phones. The text typed can differ per phone and per round, and if an image cannot be found the whole run stops and leaves a log.
Image match · Text input · Repeat · Per-phone text
A dedicated fixed IP for every phone
A 1:1 dedicated fixed IP for each phone is set directly in the router. The address the outside world sees is distinct per phone, and nothing is installed inside the phone. Phones are isolated from one another, so even many phones in one place never get their connections mixed up.
Dedicated fixed IP · phone isolation · per-phone address
Share phones you opened
Assign the phones you opened to sub-accounts by count. A sub-account logs in to the PC program and controls only the phones assigned to it. Up to 60 phones can go to one account, and the same sub-account can be logged in from only one place at a time.
Up to 60 per sub-account · assigned by count · reclaimed when time ends
Not a line of code. Just stack the steps
Press buttons to stack steps, pick the values, choose the phones and run. The same job repeats on dozens of phones at once, with different text for each phone.
- Pick the steps App launch, button, touch, scroll, wait, image match, text input and repeat. Press a button and choose the values, and it stacks up as a card in the job list. Drag to reorder and delete what you do not need.
- Set the values Choose an app from a list, a wait as a fixed time or a random range in seconds, and text as words that change per phone. Crop a button from the screen and you can use it for image matching.
- Choose phones and run It runs on all the selected phones at once, separately on each. Set the repeat count and press run, and follow progress in the log and in the per-phone status colours.
Eight kinds of step
- Launch app Pick an installed app and launch it. It opens in portrait.
- Button Press a basic button such as Home, Back or Recent apps.
- Touch Tap one point on the screen, chosen while looking at the screen.
- Scroll Push the screen in a direction by a distance (%).
- Wait Wait a fixed time, or a random time between a minimum and a maximum (seconds).
- Image match Find a cropped image on screen. If found, tap it and carry on, or stop without tapping.
- Type text Type text and choose whether to send Enter at the end. Substitution words can be used.
- Repeat Repeat scroll, wait and image match in the order you set, a set number of times.
Find it on screen, then tap it
The image editor shows the phone’s native screen, one frame per second. Drag to crop a button, text or icon and save it; while running, the program looks for the same shape on screen and works out where it is. If found, it taps that spot and moves on, or it can stop the automation without tapping.
- A match of 0.9 or higher counts as found
- Set how many seconds to look; if it is not found in time, that phone stops there
- Inside a repeat, each round looks again on a fresh frame
The same job, different text per phone
Write {words} in the text input and they are replaced with values when it runs. Built-in words work immediately; for words you create, you set the value rule in automation management.
- Built-in words: {device no.} {device order} {round no.} {date} {time} {random digits N}
- Value rules: default · fixed · per-phone list · per-round list · random list
- A per-phone list assigns one line to each phone, in the order selected
On every phone, at once, separately
It runs on all selected phones at the same time, each on its own. You can set 1 to 99,999 rounds; while running, a phone’s button border turns yellow, green when done and red on failure, and the log records every step.
- If a step fails on one phone, only that phone stops and the rest carry on
- Jobs can be saved under a name on your own PC, loaded, edited and deleted (you can also choose the folder)
- The screen used for image finding is opened only while needed and closed afterwards
Common questions before you start
If you cannot find your answer here, leave a 1:1 inquiry on the board after logging in.
What is a cloud phone?
A KRO cloud phone is a real physical device, not an emulator, connected to our relay servers. When you open an order, phones that are available right now are assigned automatically.
How is the usage period set?
From 00:00 on the start date to 23:59:59 on the end date (Korea time). A start date of today begins right away; a later date is reserved. While an order is active, you can open a new one after it ends.
How is the price calculated?
The period is the number of days from the start date to the end date (start today, end tomorrow = 1 day). A month counts as 30 days; 30-day blocks use the monthly price and the remaining days use the daily price, and whichever is cheaper — that or the daily price alone — is applied. You can check it in advance with the calculator above.
How do I top up points?
You can top up in the following ways.
• Crypto payment — pay with cryptocurrency
• Bank deposit — deposit to the account and tell us the depositor name
• Other methods — ask us through an inquiry
How many phones can I rent, and how do I share them?
There is no fixed cap on how many you can open — pick as many as are available at the time. Assign the phones you opened to sub-accounts by count, up to 60 phones per sub-account. A sub-account controls only the phones assigned to it.
Where do I get the control program?
It is a PC program for Windows, and you log in with a sub-account ID. Ask us and we will send you the installer.
Can one sub-account be used on several PCs at once?
No. One sub-account can be logged in from one place only. Even if the program closes abnormally, you can log in again after a short while.
How do I use automation?
In the program’s automation window, add app launches, taps, swipes, text input and image matching in order, set the repeat count, and run. Jobs are saved on your own PC.
What happens when the period ends?
Phone assignments and sub-account allocations are released automatically, and the sub-account IDs stay. You can then open a new order.
What if something goes wrong?
After logging in, leave the situation and a screenshot in a 1:1 inquiry on the board, and the administrator will check and reply.
